Policies and Procedures
Check-in after 4pm and Check-out by 11am.
Payment: Credit Card number will be taken at the time of reservation. In absence of credit card number. $250.00 refundable security deposit will be required to secure reservation. The balance is due 30 days before check-in. Guests are responsible for paying for all nights reserved, regardless of late arrival or early departure.
We take MasterCard, Visa, Discover
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the reservation date will forfeit 50% of rental fee.
A security deposit of $250 will be required. Aside from reasonable wear and tear, you will be required to pay for damages incurred to the property or its contents during your stay – regardless of group size.
All units are strictly NON-SMOKING. Smoking in the cottage will result in loss of security deposit and/or additional fines.
Absolutely NO PETS in the cottage. Penalties include a $100 charge, immediate removal of pet and/or eviction of guests. All rental payment will be forfeited.
Maximum Occupancy Violations will result in rent forfeiture and immediate eviction of guests.
Please report inoperative equipment immediately. Wewill make every effort to have repairs done in a timely manner during reasonable hours.
Cleaning: The cottage is professionally cleaned before you arrive and after you leave. Guests are responsible for cleaning and storing all dishes and utensils and removing all trash to the outside container. As a general rule, please return items to their original locations. Failure to do “basic cleanup” will result in loss of security deposit and/or additional charges.
We appreciate your acceptance of these conditions and terms of agreement.
