The Sunset Cottage, named for its western view, offers peace and privacy for busy adventurers. But it also offers a short four-mile drive to the heart of downtown, where cosmopolitan dining and entertainment are abundant. No matter what your interests may be – hiking, canoeing, fishing, biking, shopping, the arts, or sightseeing—the Sunset Cottage will be quietly waiting for your return.

Policies and Procedures

• Check-in is 4pm-7pm. Check out is 10am-11am.
  
• Payment: Credit Card number will be taken at the time of reservation. In absence of credit card number, 50% of rental fee and taxes will be required to secure reservation. The balance is due at check-in by check or credit card. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved, regardless of late arrival or early departure.
  
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the reservation date will forfeit 50% of rental fee.
  
• A security deposit of $250 will be required for groups of 3 adults or more. Aside from reasonable wear and tear, you will be required to pay for damages incurred to the property or its contents during your stay – regardless of group size.
  
• All units are strictly NON-SMOKING. Smoking in the cottage will result in loss of security deposit and/or additional fines.
  
• Absolutely NO PETS in the cottage. Penalties include a $100 charge, immediate removal of pet and/or eviction of guests. All rental payment will be forfeited.
  
• Maximum Occupancy Violations will result in rent forfeiture and immediate eviction of guests.
  
• Please report inoperative equipment immediately. We will make every effort to have repairs done in a timely manner during reasonable hours.
  
• Cleaning: The cottage is professionally cleaned before you arrive and after you leave. Guests are responsible for cleaning and storing all dishes and utensils and removing all trash to the outside container. As a general rule, please return items to their original locations. Failure to do “basic cleanup” will result in loss of security deposit and/or additional charges.

Rates
The Sunset Cottage can accommodate up to 6 visitors. The rental rate is a flat rate, regardless of number of occupants.

Weekend Rates—Friday & Saturday Night, up to 6 people $750

Weekly Rate—Monday through Sunday, up to 6 people $2250
