THE
CREST CENTER
This state-of-the-art, multi-use facility
offers comfort, elegance, environmental stimulus, and flexibility
for serious conferences, banquets, and ceremonies. Three main
rooms serve independently or together as meeting space.
Auditorium seating for as many as 500 guests can be arranged
in the conference hall, or table seating for up to 300 diners
can be arranged.
Dynamic audio/video equipment is available for electronic
presentations.
Internet Broadcast is possible through on-site broadband connections.

THE
CREST PAVILION
Deceptively large and unusual in construction,
this octagonal "palace" consists of one giant room
encircled with glass, with an open, artistic framework of
roof supports reminiscent of antique train trestles. Ideal
for weddings, special commemorations, bar mitzvahs, and other
large celebrations, the Pavilionwith its beautiful western
view of mountain ridgesis sure to become a favorite
Asheville facility. It will open in 2004.
MANAGEMENT
Though these facilities are features
of the Crest Mountain community, they host conferences and
banquets under the management of M7 Event Solutions. This
experienced booking agency and professional catering firm
has earned a well-deserved reputation for excellence in hosting
successful business functions and elegant banquets. A large
commercial kitchen is the studio for Chef Allen Dyes
artistic dining creations.
