When plans are complete and prices are finalized, reservation holders can select their desired unit in order of the time their reservation deposit was received. Reservations can be secured for only $10,000, and this money can be converted into earnest money after unit selection has been made. If, upon time of selection, the reservation holder does not wish to move forward on the purchase of a condo unit, he or she is entitled to a full refund of the reservation deposit.
